1- Introduction to NeuroGuide – Basic File Import, Export and Artifacting, reliability tests and FFT normative database analyses, over view of various functions and options. Concept of conventional EEG and QEEG on the same screen at the same time, how to identify phenotypes.

 

2- Conventional EEG – Follow basic EEG review procedures, identify gross pathology and background features, visual analysis tools including LORETA time domain, event marking, amplitude marking tools, reliability tests.

 

3- LORETA – Exports, relation to MRI,  Hypothesis testing, Source correlation, linking 3D sources to the surface EEG & Brain Localization of Function.

 

4- Discriminant Analyses and Multiple Regression Analyses – Criteria for use, limitations, import restrictions, applications and integration with other Neuroguide tools, use in clinic reports

 

5- Report Generation – for advanced users only – includes all aspects of the NeuroGuide Report generation programs on one to three patients (depending on time)

 

6- Joint-Time-Frequency-Analyses (JTFA) Instantaneous power, coherence, phase differences, amplitude asymmetries – raw and Z scores 

 

7- Connectivity Suite – apply coherence, phase delay, cross-spectra, co-modulation, in-phase & out-of-phase analyses – raw and Z scores

 

8- Surface EEG NeuroStat and NeuroBatch – Montages, create individual analysis files pre vs. post treatment statistics, individual paired t-tests, group paired t-tests, ANOVA, independent t-tests

 

9- LORETA NeuroStat and NeuroBatch - LORETA pre vs. post treatment statistics, individual t-tests, group paired t-tests, ANOVA, independent t-tests, reformatting of .lor files for advanced statistics
