Once you have paid for NeuroGuide in full and/or made the first credit card payment then
Copy and Paste (do not type) the KEY
A sequence of encrypted letters and numbers that appears when you activate the
Demo and email your KEY
A to
qeeg@appliedneuroscience.com.
The Key A is unique to each computer and is used to generate an internet license
on the ANI server that will unlock NeuroGuide and all of the features that you
purchased. Once the license is registered on the server then click the
Demo button to go into the demo mode and then click help > Change Security Keys
Online. NeuroGuide will then automatically re-start with the add ons that
you purchased.
Licenses
will be issued between 9 am and 3 pm EST - on week days. If a Key A
is received on a Friday after 3 pm then the license will
be issued on the following Monday. One permanent single user computer license
will be issued. No refunds will be
issued once a permanent license is issued.
Since
January 1, 2015 a second renewable license
for a 2nd computer based on 1st single-user license/Purchase of NeuroGuide is 1/2 the price of the 1st NeuroGuide License & 1/2
price for add ons. Single users are limited to a license for two
computers one at full price and a 2nd license at 1/2 price. A 3rd license for a
3rd computer requires a purchase of a 1st license at full price.
If you prefer to receive NeuroGuide on a CD by regular mail there will be a $100 U.S.
or a $145 International charge for shipping and handling
added to the License price with a 1 - 3 day delivery time.

Minimum Computer
Requirements
Due to the heavy demand on computer resources the recommended
PC configuration is dual-core or more than one core and 6 Gigabytes of ram. NeuroGuide runs with all versions of Windows, however, Windows 7 is recommended.
For BrainSurfer a high quality video card with at least 2
Gigabytes of memory and compatible with Open GL 2.0 is
required.
We also, recommend that you do
not use AVAST Anti-Virus.
License
Transfer Policy
Once a permanent Key B is issued to a customer
then the license is forever active and can not be transferred to a different
person. An attempt to transfer a license is a violation of copyright law as
explained in the copyright notice when NeuroGuide is launched.
